Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025 in Barcelona brought together 1,605 leading AV exhibitors and 85,351 attendees from 168 countries, filling six halls at the Fira Barcelona Exhibition Centre—and by any measure, it was a resounding success. In a city renowned for its artistic heritage, it was no surprise that many stands showcased modern creative design alongside classic art influences, with digital displays transforming these into immersive visual experiences.

With multiple teams from Cinos attending and meetings scheduled from start to finish, the event was set to be a day of walking, talking, negotiations, and plenty of coffee. We met countless new faces, discovered the latest technology innovations, and reconnected with our long-standing partners. Though it would have been nearly impossible to visit every stand, we’ve rounded up a few of our highlights here.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all the vendors, partners, and everyone who showed such wonderful hospitality throughout our stay in Barcelona. Now that our feet are firmly back on the ground, we’re ready to push through 2025 with the Spanish wind in our sails.

Here are some standout highlights from our time at ISE 2025.

A Thank You to Philips

A special thank you to Ellie East from Philips Professional Display Solutions (PPDS) for starting our day in the best way—with a strong coffee and an in-depth tour of the PPDS stand. Our timing couldn’t have been better, as we arrived just in time for a dynamic stage show featuring drama, dance, and expression, all set against an ultrawide stage backdrop. After taking in the performance, we explored the full range of display solutions on show, from an extensive selection of HD and UHD signage for retail to energy-efficient models designed for sustainability.

Our team was particularly impressed by the Philips Unite LED All-In-One solutions, a range of exceptional 4K and 8K dvLED displays with integrated control and audio, ready for installation in as little as an hour. For outdoor displays, a market which Philips entered just last year, the company has made significant strides with the launch of the ultra-high-bright Urban LED 5000, 6000, and 7000 Series.

Sustainability and energy efficiency were key themes at the event, and it was great to see our vendors aligned with these initiatives. Philips sponsored the first-ever ISE Sustainability Hackathon and alongside promoting its EcoVadis Platinum accreditation, Ellie showed us the Tableaux ePaper display—an ultra-low-energy solution that uses zero power to show static images and minimal power to swap to a new image. Despite some limitations we see this as an ideal, sustainable solution for applications like wayfinding, menu boards and digital posters.

Legrand AV Tour

A big thank you to Kelley Chrisman, who walked us through Legrand AV’s extensive range—including C2G, Chief, Da-Lite, Middle Atlantic Products, and Vaddio, to name just a few.

Whether it’s a new build or the retrofit of a listed building, Chief’s Fusion Storage Cabinet offers a tidy, compact, and soundproofed solution for housing cable management and ‘black boxes.’ Designed for flexibility, it mounts under the screen or camera, is lockable, and provides easy front access for maintenance—ideal for challenging environments.

Going Gold with Sony

We’re proud to announce that we’ve reached Gold Partner status with Sony—another accreditation we’re thrilled to be recognised for. Sony is renowned in photography and videography, and on stand we saw ‘Cine Motion’ in action; a camera that could excite just about anyone. This was demonstrated using a virtual production with a rock face, a perfume bottle, and a backlit LED screen, resulting in stunning 4K footage.

Sony also shared its environmental journey, which began in 1975, whilst highlighting recent milestones such as its 2024 EcoVadis Gold accreditation. This aligns with its long-term ‘Road to Zero’ initiative, which aims to eliminate its environmental footprint by 2050. We’re working closely with Sony to continue delivering quality products that align with global carbon reduction targets, mirroring our own sustainability goals.

Unilumin’s Innovations

We were pleased to be invited to the Unilumin stand for a tour by Chris Brittan. Not only did Unilumin win an Inavation Award for Upanel II MIP, but they also unveiled three new products.

One of the most intriguing was its Unatural Series which blends architectural elements with screen content in a semi-opaque display. When powered off, the Unatural display blends effortlessly with its surroundings, offering natural textures and a premium finish. When powered on, it delivers stunning high-definition visuals, elevating both artistic and commercial presentations. It’s a solution that is tricky to describe but will be fascinating to see in commercial spaces, retail settings and customer experience centres.

Also featured on stand was the Udesign SV, a mesh that appears transparent from behind yet displays fully animated content from the front and the Uslim III, a creative indoor LED display, ideal for use in airports, showrooms and retail.

Lightware’s Demonstrations

It was a pleasure to connect with Charlie Sullivan at Lightware, who provided in-depth demonstrations of their latest innovations. With reliability more important than ever, we were glad to see this included with every Q-SYS system, helping teams spot and resolve issues quickly.

Innovation and Excellence at ISE 2025

With so much innovation on display at ISE 2025, it’s impossible to cover everything in detail. While we’ve explored several exciting developments in detail, there were many more innovations that made an impact.

Standout visual displays drew crowds throughout the event. MICRO LED technology took centre stage with Samsung’s The Wall, a striking 462” bold showcase of immersive visuals, while Absen’s collaboration with media artist Refik Anadol produced a breathtaking AI-driven data painting on its 4200 x 6075mm KLCOB V2 display.

LG’s Kinetic installation captivated attendees with its dynamic blend of animation and art, brought to life through rotating mirrored cubes and LED displays. Equally eye-catching was Lang’s Muxwave M3 Transparent Display, which mesmerised audiences with its striking waterfall visual.

Platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom remained a key focus, with innovative integrations across the board. Logitech’s Rally Board 65” and Cart stood out for its flexibility, enabling seamless collaboration in both open spaces and meeting rooms. Appspace demonstrated its digital signage integration with Microsoft Teams Rooms, enhancing dynamic communication while ensuring essential meeting room information remains visible.

Furthermore, Appspace unveiled its latest AI capabilities, a theme that dominated this year’s ISE. Appspace Intelligence enhances workplace communication, streamlines decision-making, and eases IT demands by providing real-time insights into employee sentiment, engagement, and space utilisation. It offers rich features that accelerate content creation, while its conversational AI enables employees to book rooms, locate colleagues or content, and receive tailored responses based on their specific needs.

If any theme rivalled AI in prominence, it was sustainability. It was inspiring to see so many companies not only outlining their carbon reduction targets but also developing solutions to help others achieve theirs. A standout example was the Logitech Spot—a sleek, modern sensing device set to launch in the second half of 2025. Designed for office-wide deployment, it enables smarter workspace automation, provides actionable insights into meeting room air quality, and helps identify opportunities to reduce energy costs across meeting spaces.

There is no doubt ISE 2025 was a resounding success. We would like to once again thank the event organisers, vendors, and partners for their hospitality and collaboration throughout the event. If any of the products or solutions we’ve highlighted have caught your interest, please get in touch with Cinos, we’d be happy to discuss how they could benefit your organisation.
