We are extremely proud to announce that Cinos have been awarded with a contract from the Scottish Police Authority for the provision of a Unified Communications and Contact Platform (UCCP) for Police Scotland.
After a rigorous tender process, Cinos were awarded with the seven-year contract via the Network Services 2 Framework.
Throughout the contract term, Cinos will be working closely with specialist partners Cisco and Content Guru to drive digital workplace transformation across the whole organisation, consisting of 24,000 users over 350 sites and remote working.
Under the agreement, Cinos will deliver a Unified Communications Platform, powered by the Cinos Cloud, and underpinned by the Cisco Unified Communications Manager architecture. This will replace the current analogue infrastructure and provide users with full access to a powerful telephony, messaging and video calling platform, enabling seamless communication both inside and outside of the organisation.
Content Guru’s cloud customer engagement and experience solution storm® was chosen for the contact centre deployment, enabling the Contact Command and Control unit to digitise their services and extend the current voice-only contact capabilities to include video, email, web chat and social media feeds.
The suite of applications being deployed will allow Police Scotland to provide better reporting data to assist with audit logging, utilisation realisation and workforce management.
I am immensely proud that Cinos have been chosen by Police Scotland to deliver our Unified Communications and Contact Platform. Cinos have a long and successful history serving the UK Public Sector and this latest award is testament to the hard work and expertise of our team and specialist partners. | ||
