We are delighted to announce the launch of our pre-staging test lab at our Frimley Head Office. This exciting innovation, known as the Cinos Test Lab was led by Matthew Stradling and Paul Phillipson and reflects our company desire to deliver excellence in everything we do.
Not only will our new state of the art testing facility further enhance the service we can offer to our customers, but it will also provide an improved mechanism for the research, development, and training on the ever-evolving set of solutions in the collaboration and audio-visual markets.
Improved pre-staging and pre-testing for site installations
Whilst Cinos have been pre-testing for some time, having this purpose-built facility enables us to be proactive, increase efficiencies and expedite project delivery. Located on the ground floor of our Head Office in Frimley, the Cinos Test Lab is already in constant use, with our engineering teams working on pre-site builds for a variety of projects.
Matthew Stradling, Pre-Site Department Lead, commented, “We are already seeing the benefits of launching the Cinos Test Lab at Frimley. By being able to test a multitude of technologies in the context of the environment they will be used, our teams are better equipped to cater for the technical and user requirements of our customer base.”
Fully adaptable pre-site testing
From network infrastructure, control technologies and sophisticated signal routing, to proof of concept and system acceptance testing, the Cinos Test Lab can be adapted to meet a range of requirements. It gives us the platform we need to enhance our customer service; enabling key stakeholders to witness-test solutions before installation, and in doing so, mitigating any early issues that may arise when the systems are active on site. With the Cinos Test Lab in place our teams are more efficient, and our customers are better served.

I am delighted to see the Cinos Test Lab up and running and in continual use by our engineering teams.
