We are pleased to share that Cinos has achieved a Bronze Medal from EcoVadis for our sustainability performance. The result places Cinos among the top 35% percent of companies assessed by EcoVadis in the past 12 months
Since 2007, EcoVadis has grown into a globally trusted provider of business sustainability ratings with a network of more than 130,000 rated companies. EcoVadis evaluates companies across several key areas including Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement. Their rating methodology aims to measure the quality of a company’s sustainability management system through 3 management pillars: Policies, Actions, and Results.
Achieving the EcoVadis Bronze Medal alongside the validation of our carbon reduction targets by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) highlights Cinos’ commitment to sustainability on multiple fronts. As businesses worldwide prioritise environmental responsibility, these recognitions underscore our proactive approach to addressing climate challenges and delivering long-term value.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan outlines a clear strategy to significantly reduce emissions over the next five years. This includes collaborating with our supply chain to drive industry-wide progress in emissions measurement and reporting. Guided by our ISO 14001 accreditation, we are committed to continually evolving our sustainability initiatives, integrating new carbon reduction activities into our operations, and staying on track to achieve our Net Zero targets by 2047.
At Cinos, delivering excellence is at the heart of everything we do, and sustainability is no exception. Achieving the EcoVadis Bronze Medal is a testament to the hard work and commitment of our teams. While we are proud to be recognised among the top 35% of companies assessed, this is just the beginning. We remain dedicated to building on this achievement, continuously improving our sustainability practices, and working towards our long-term goal of Net Zero by 2047. | ||
