For new (greenfield) deployments, Cinos recommends the Cisco 6800, 7800 and 8800 Series IP Phone handsets running multiplatform software. Where an existing Cisco deployment is required to be migrated to our service, we can support existing handsets with an additional license to upgrade to the multiplatform software.
