We are delighted to announce the appointments of Tony King, Director of Healthcare and Marc Bertasius, Microsoft Practice Lead to support our delivery of collaboration solutions across the NHS and healthcare organisations.
The two new hires come as Cinos looks to drive consistent and reliable user experiences in multivendor environments. With the recent uptake in Microsoft solutions across the public sector, we advocate a ‘better together’ approach; combining the use of Cisco and Microsoft solutions to enable seamless collaboration for patients and clinicians alike.
Tony King, Director of Healthcare
As Director of Healthcare, Tony King will be responsible for overseeing Cinos’ collaboration and IT offering. With over 15 years’ experience in health and social care consultancy, Tony will work closely with new and existing customers, providing them with the strategic support required to drive better outcomes. Before joining Cinos, Tony worked across many digital projects including the national strategy for the migration away from N3 to the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).
Commenting on his appointment, Tony said: “I’ve appreciated the work Cinos does for a long time and the team’s passion for delivering quality services and support aligns with my own vision. The last year has certainly changed the way many health and social care providers view technology and we’re seeing a new appetite for collaboration. I’m looking forward to working with our customers both old and new, helping them to achieve true digital transformation and integration, which will be key areas of focus for the NHS this year.”
Marc Bertasius, Microsoft Practice Lead
Marc Bertasius joins as Microsoft Practice Lead, bringing with him a wealth of communications experience and expertise delivering Microsoft Cloud Technologies. Marc will be responsible for driving growth, building partnerships and overseeing project delivery. Prior to joining Cinos, Marc worked at Modality Systems where he provided expert consultancy on the delivery of cloud solutions such as Microsoft Teams.
When discussing his move to Cinos Marc said: “I’m excited to be joining the team at such a significant time for the cloud communication market. Cinos is uniquely placed to help organisations embrace robust digital collaboration tools that can drive productivity and bring people together.”
This marks an important step in enhancing our abilities and delivering solutions to our expanding client base in the healthcare market.
